Christmas Dinner Menu

Christmas is only a few weeks away and more than likely our house will be filled with family on Christmas day. I have been online going nuts finding the right menu for them. We have some family members who are vegetarian and some who have diet restrictions, with all that in consideration I would love to make a dinner menu that fits all their needs. Below is a menu and links to recipes that I will be making:

Appetizers:
Jalapeno Poppers: Mainly for my hubby, brother and brother in law who love a spicy kick.
Bruscheta: Who doesn't love bread and vegetarians can also have this.
Bacon wrapped asparegus: Bacon is yummy and salty, some green to make you feel less guilty.
A cheesesboard will always work at any dinner party and for christmas I love the tips that Kelly gives on her site eastyourselfskinny.com

Main Dish:
Baked Chicken: Like any christmas its either a baked chicken or a baked ham, since we had baked ham over thankgiving we are making baked chicken.
Baked Salmon : This works for family members who are vegetarian and eat fish.  Also for those who like butter and garlic with thier salmon the recipe is yummy!
Pernil (Pork Sholder): Since my family is spanish, not having this dish is like a crime. lol

Sides:
Creamed Corn: Sweet, creamy, and buttery. A great side to any kind of meat.
Garlic & Herb Rolls: Soft dinner rolls will make most of us happy.
Baked Bake and Cheese: The kids are always a fan of mac and cheese, this recipe is one the adults will love too.
Glazzed Carrots: This is something everyone will love
Roasted String Beans with Garlic: For those who are on the healthier side.
*Any green salad is always a nice added touch to those in the family who are being more health conscious*

Desserts:
Marshmallow Fudge: Something that the kids and the adults will enjoy eating.
Peppermint cupcakes: Simple to make and a tasty treat for your guest.
Cheesecake: Cheescake has always been a desert on the menu at family dinners and get togethers, I love to get mine from Conti's Pastry Shop

Drinks:
Mulled Wine: Spiced wine that is warmed and mixed with diffrent flavors in a slow cooker.
Cranberry Pineapple Punch: This can be done with or without alchol.
Coquito: What spanish family doesn't have coquito on every holiday lol. Neyssa's recipe is delicous.

Whats on your menu for your Christmas dinner? Do you have any traditions?
