Wet & Wild vs NYX Illuminator

Wet & Wild Cosmetics have been stepping up their game and a lot of there products are being compared to some high end products. I purchased their new Mega Cushion Highlight Illuminateur , I found it at my local Walgreen's for $5.99. When I came home I cracked It open and swatch'd it on my arm, it looked amazing. After a couple tries on the high points on my cheeks and the tip of my nose I noticed it was not lasting as long as i'd wish. So I decided to go thru my highlighters and came across my NYX Born to Glow Liquid Illuminator which I purchased for $7.99 at CVS. I was courious to see how the two compared.

NYX on the Left- Wet & Wild on the Right: They have a similar pink pearly look to them and give the skin a beautiful glow. 

As you can see on the Image above the consistency of the NYX highlighter comes out creamy and smooth yet the Wet & Wild highlighter with using the applicator that it comes with comes out streaky. The NYX highlighter can be used under the foundation to give the "glow from within" look or on top of your foundation so that the god can see you shine. The Wet & Wild highlighter was better over the foundation but again doesn't last as long as the NYX.  The cushion highlighter comes with 0.24oz of product where as the liquid highlighter from NYX comes with 0.6oz you get more product for $2.00 more. Even though Wet & Wild products are a must have in my makeup collection I am not a huge fan of this one.
