Five Products I've Been Loving
So far this month I have been trying new beauty products and some have been a failure and some have been great. Today I am sharing with you five products that I have been absolutely loving, they may not be new in stores but some are new to me and some are old favs but all amazing.
Maybelline's Superstay Full coverage foundation, holy shit! I thought that I was obsessed with my L'Oreal Infallible Pro matte foundation, this has taken its place. This foundation is so full coverage that all I need is two pumps and my face will be completely covered. Its smooth natural finish feels good on the skin and there is no heavy feeling left behind like some full coverage foundation can leave. This is a WIN!!
Cover FX Highlighting powder in sunlight is such a beautiful way to give the skin a glow without looking like your face is beaming. Which on some days I don't mind. The color with my dewy foundation looks brighter than when I am wearing a natural to the matte foundation. It looks great either way, I have stopped using my LA Girl Strobe highlight as well as my tried and true Wet n Wild Highlighter.
Milani Make it Last Setting Spray, there isn't anything else I can say but wow. This smells great and keeps my makeup from getting patchy or sliding around. I wear my makeup since 5 am till almost 8 pm and my foundation and eye makeup still look good. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a setting spray on a budget and it also primes the skin, its a well great duo.
Sonia Kashuk Flat Top Concealer Brush, this is about the fifth brush I try from this brand. I enjoyed the other brushes and when in a makeup emergency picked this one up on my way to work. Boy, I am so happy I did, it blended out my concealer like a beauty blender would not leave any streaks or lines. the bristles are densely packed which leaves the concealer looking flawless. I have been using this brush every day to apply and buff out concealer. Can't wait to pick up some more brushes.
L'Oreal Lash Paradise, this has been on my top four mascaras, this month I have been using this every day, even on my no makeup days. My lashes look full and not clumpy like some mascaras that claim volume do. When It came out people were comparing it to Two Faced Better than Sex mascara, I had the travel size version of that and It was a complete dupe in my opinion. For half the price who can go wrong. This will always be a staple in my mascara collection.
