Turmeric Golden Latte

There are way more benefits to Turmeric than I knew. I knew that turmeric was a way to boost the immune system and is great for the skin. While deep diving on Pinterest looking for natural ways to boost my insides. I came across the “Golden Latte”, it taste great and an added bonus is that its keto friendly.

Recipe
Time: 5 min 1 Serving

10 fl oz. coconut milk
2 tbsps coconut oil
3 inch peeled numeric root or 3/4 turmeric powder
1/2 inch peeled ginger root or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch Himalayan salt
optional: choice of sweetener

Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender, blend until smooth

Place in microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, depending on how hot you would like it. You can also place it on the stovetop and let simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
