Cheat Meal: Fresh Made Bread
This weekend lead me down a road where all I was craving was my hubby’s fresh made bread.
Cheat meals are something that can be necessary, especially if you are having a hard time adjusting to a diet. I usually wait until Sunday to have a cheat meal. Some people do cheat days and for a while I was doing that but noticed that I wouldn’t feel so great the next day.
For quite some time the hubby has been dabbling with making fresh bread. I started to make it with him at first, but I don’t have the patience needed to make it.
He’s been using recipes from Flour Water Salt Yeast: The Fundamentals of Artisan Bread and Pizza. This last time he used the recipe for the Saturday White Bread. It is so yummy. When he started baking we purchased the book along with a rising basket and a dutch oven. I am happy we did because the bread comes out so good.
