Keto Bread Recipe
This recipe has saved my life. When your in need for a sandwich or some toasted bread with butter but not want to be knocked out of ketosis. This is the recipe you want to try. I thought that it would taste eggy because thats what cloudy bread can tend to have. This recipe on the other hand does not have that eggy taste and theres nothing fancy about making it.
Ingredients:
6 Eggs (Separate whites and yolks)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
1 1/2 cup almond flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 tablespoons butter (melted)
A pinch of salt (I like Himalayan Salt)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F, while the oven is preheating beat the egg whites until they’re fluff, add the cream of tarter and continue beating until there are soft peaks. I like to use a hand blender and a cold metal bowl.
Mix everything until you get a nice dough. You can do this in a food processor if you don’t have one you can also mix in a bowl.
Add the whites and process the mix until everything comes together. Pour the dough in a pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for 30 min. (Check with a tooth pick)
You could cut the loaf into 20 slices or 10 slices
