February Week 1: Menu

Since last year we have been eating keto. Meal planning and prepping our weekly meals has been an important step to keeping to this lifestyle. I recently decided to start a new series on the blog to share what we eat during our work week. 

Breakfast: t

Egg bake with sausage, sharp cheddar cheese, and cherry tomatoes.  

Snack: 

2oz cheese (this week is Gouda and Sharp cheddar)  

2 slices of bacon (which I like baking so that its nice and crispy 

3/4 cups of whole almonds  

Lunch:  

Two days : Kielbasa stir fry with peppers and broccoli. Seasoned with soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.  

Two days : Cajun Chicken with sautéed string beans. 

These lunches are for Monday thru Thursday because Fridays I meet the hubby for lunch.
